CUST FORM: Why Is The LOV For Countries On The Advanced Search Form For Customers Incomplete? (Doc ID 2525431.1)

Goal

The List of Values (LOV) for Countries on the advanced search form for customers is incomplete.   The LOV for countries stops in the middle of list. 
The listing (LOV) stops with countries that begin with the letter S.  Singapore (SG) is not in the list of countries displayed on the customers advanced search form.
The master table of countries contains all countries. (FND_TERRITORIES).   Singapore (SG) is in the master listing of countries.  The master table for countries is found in the Receivables responsibility.
Setup >System > Countries

What might be preventing the LOV of countries from being complete?
