We are planning to upgrade EBS (12.1.3 → 12.2.7).
Among post-upgrade tasks, there is "15. Update and verify custom responsibilities (conditional)".

Update and verify custom responsibilities (conditional)

Verify that all custom responsibilities use the correct menu. From the System Administrator responsibility, navigate to Security > Responsibilities. Query each custom responsibility and update as necessary.

・ Is the value of FND_RESPONSIBILITY.MENU_ID updated?
・ Does it happen when the screen is opened?
※ If so, you will not know why you are limited to custom responsibilities.
