ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find Item revisions are not getting updated by ECOs when ever using Organization hierarchy for getting updated in other organizations.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect revisions should be updated by ECOs regardless of organization hierarchy.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create ECO and assign organization hierarchy and implement the ECO with revised items.
