QUery A Service Request From Service History Opens The Create Service Request Form Rather Than Retrieve The Existing Service Request (Doc ID 2525716.1)

Symptoms

With Service Security Enabled, when try to open a service request from Field Service Manager responsibility > Search Result, after querying for some serial Number in Service History , the Create Service Request form opens in Enter mode without displaying the existing Service Request data.
