Symptoms

On :  12.2.7 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
-----------------------
Sales order lines are stuck in Fulfilled status. The line workflow is stuck in Reprice Deferred status. Workflow background process does not pick up the line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to progress lines to invoice.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Order form
3. Query order number
4. Find line stuck.
