Cannot Update Inventry Asset Flag Due To Cst_Quantity_Layers Records (Doc ID 2526200.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement
When Inventory Asset Flag disable on organization item, below error occur.

Error
APP-INV-05507: You cannot update this field when:
- On-hand quantity exists
- Pending transaction exist
- Uncosted transactions exist

Steps to Reproduce

  1. (N)INV > Items > Organization Items
  2. Find Item
  3. Inventory Asset Flag disable on Costing Tab
