Unable to see Map Details like Roads , Building etc When Clicked on Site Hub Map (Doc ID 2526233.1)

Unexpected behavior on Site Hub Map
The map icon appears but the map details such as roads , buildings, etc. does not appear when clicked on the map icon.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Site Management User responsibility
2) Query and open any Site
3) Click on 'View Map'
4) Site icon appeared on map but the map details did not appear
6) Try to zoom out , no details appeared on the map itself
