Issue:

While Trying to Price the Lease Contract the following error occurs.
"Failure of server APACHE bridge:No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Lease Super User Responsibility.
2. Create a Contract with and add rollover or finance fees setup on the contract and Price
