Assignment Process Results Blank for Employee with Multiple Assignments (Doc ID 2526343.1)

Problem Statement:

An employee with multiple assignments, both aggregated for PAYE and National Insurance has had the Payroll removed in the first pay period for one of them.
The SOE is now visible by navigating through Person > Assignment > SOE but there are no processes visible in the Assignment Process Results.
The customer is unable to reassign a payroll to the employee for future runs.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Go to HRMS Responsibility
  2. (N) > View > Request > Submit a New Request > Payroll Run for march 2019
  3. (N) > People > Enter and Maintain > Find person > Assignment > Remove Payroll
  4. Assignment Process Results - no records found
