"Get Price" Field In Modifier Line Details Is Not Showing Any Values While Setting Up a Promotional Goods Modifier (Doc ID 2526505.1)

Symptoms

While setting up a promotion modifier on the details, entering the Get Item, there are no values returned in the Get Price LOV.

ERROR
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User
2. navigate to the Modifier setup form and enter a promotion modifier that has a get item
3. Select the LOV for get price, error occurs
