Unable To Create Service Activity When DFF Context Is Enabled

Symptoms
When attempting to create a service activity,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"Attribute name in CsSrServiceActivityAM.CsSrTransactionTypesEOVO1 is required"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to (R) Service -> Setup -> Charges -> Service activity and billing types
2. Click on 'Create Service Activity'
3. Enter the details and select the context type and click on save button
