Update_ServiceRequest Fails When Account On SR Is Inactive (Doc ID 2527566.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, APIs & Interfaces

When attempting to use CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB.Update_ServiceRequest to update Problem and Resolution Codes,
the API is failing when the account for the customer on the Service Request has become inactive, as expected, with the the following error:

API Programming Error
(CS_ServiceRequest_UTIL.Validate_Account_Id): The value "XXXX" for parameter p_account_id is invalid.


Steps to Reproduce

When trying to use the CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB.Update_Service Request to update Problem and Resolution Codes.
The API is failing when the account for the customer on the Service Request has become inactive.

However, if the same Service Request is opened and the Problem and Resolution codes are manually changed in the form, there is no error.
