Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Preliminary collection form is not populating account information for some countries.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Preliminary collection form should populate account information for all countries.

STEPS
------------

1. Ran the IEX: Dunning Strategies Program.
2. Noticed that the program picked the dunning letters, the form is populating data but the account information is null.
