Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Performance issue when creating batch lines.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility  : US Super HRMS Manager

2. Navigation : Batch Element Entry

a) Batch Header
Batch Name   : <enter batch name>

Batch Status  : Unprocessed

Batch Control : Change Existing Entry

b) Click on batch lines:
Element     : Over Time Deduction
Line           : 1
Assignment : <asg#>

c) When tab out > there is a performance issue
