Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Receivables Uptake of EBTAX
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- VAT Id Number is not appearing in the European Sales Listing Report
While running the European Sales Listing Report, it was observed there are customers for which the Tax Registration Number is missing.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- The report ESL should contain the Tax Registration Number for all customers.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Responsibility: Tax Managers 2. Navigation: Requests > Run 3. Run the European Sales Listing report
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot provide accurate tax details to the authorities.
