Direct punchout to cXML supplier encounters the following error:

Browser error:

The connection to supplier website cannot be established. Try again later. If
the problem persists, contact your system administrator.

Log file error:

Error Code: 201 Unable To Reach Supplier Site
Unable to send the Login Request XML.
