Issue MES Doesn't Populate The Xml For Serial Number During A Work Order Completion (Doc ID 2529280.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Label Printing

A label is printed when MES completes a work order. The serial number is not being populated in the xml for the label.

When using the standard work in process forms to do the move and complete transactions DOES generate xml with the serial number.

A label is printed when MES completes a work order. The serial number SHOULD be populated in the xml for the label.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility MES
Mes workstation start up > click start > Click Go next to the search jobs field in the upper right corner
Search for job 
Click go and then scroll down
Select desired job radio button to the left if not already checked
Change actions to move and complete
Click go
Enter rev if needed
Scroll down and enter serial numbers and qty
Click the radio button next to lot and then click lot details
Change material status if needed. We will leave it at accept.
Click apply and then click finish
Go to inventory responsibility > Transactions > View Label Requests
Click Find
Scroll to the right
Copy xml from the lower part of the form for the desire transaction

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot confirm the Serial Number in the Label.
