After Installing January 2019 CPU, Configurator Does not Return to Order Management

When attempting to finish a Configurator session after recently applying January 2019 CPU patches, the following message is displayed. Control is never returned to order management.
Configurator Processing. Please wait...
1. Oracle Order Management responsibility
2. Navigate to a sales order
3. Add a configurable line
4. Select Configurator to launch a published UI
5. Make selections, select Finish
6. Error occurs
