Cost Management - Create Accounting Fails with 95339 'Summary Accounts Cannot Be Used For Subledger Journal Entries' (Doc ID 2529382.1)

Problem Statement
The following error occurs on Create Accounting - Cost Management

The account code combination used on line 1 is a summary account. Summary accounts cannot be used for subledger journal entries. Please review the account derivation rule used to create the journal entry line.

The account code combination for line 1 does not allow posting. Using the GL Accounts form, please enable the Allow Posting option for this account code combination or update the account derivation rule for the application accounting definition ADD_NAME so that it does not use this account.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run Create Accounting - Cost Management.
  2. Review output file of the request.
