Unable To Upload Content To New Content Server Through OLM - Error Upload Failed (Doc ID 2529588.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Learner Component

Unable to upload content to new Content Server through OLM

When uploading content the following error is received:


ERROR
-----------------------
"The content upload failed. Contact your system administrator."



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OLM Admin -> Content -> Create Learning Object -> -> Details -> 'Upload' -> Select Content Server and File to be uploaded.
2. Click Next and receive error

 

This is an exact hit per: Bug 27349272 : POST PATCH 21900895 - CONTENT IMPORT/UPLOAD FAILS WITH NOTHING WILL BE IMPORTED
You may see the following in the EBS Log file when displayed on screen.
OTA_443552_UPLOAD_FAILED
OTA_443554_CSR_UPLD_INT_ERR
