Unique Index OKL_ASS_UC2 Error On 12.2.7 Upgrade (Doc ID 2529891.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, INSTALL

When performing upgrade to 12.2.7, the upgrade fails due to OKL_ASSETS_B table Unique index error

ERROR
-----------------------
The table is missing the index OKL_ASS_UC2 or index OKL_ASS_UC2 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement: CREATE UNIQUE INDEX OKL.""OKL_ASS_UC2"" ON OKL.OKL_ASSETS_B (ASSET_NUMBER)

Statement executed.

AD Worker error:
The index cannot be created as the table has duplicate keys.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply upgrade patch of 12.2.0 to upgrade to 12.2.7.
2. The error for unique index is encountered
