Symptoms

Apply the Patch 23338547:R12.AP.C as a hot patch to fix a data problem.

When executing the GDF selection script:  ap_inc_payment_schedules_sel.sql, the following error displays:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: host bind array too small
or
ORA-20100: ORA-20100: Temporary file creation for FND_FILE failed.
  Directory
  &FILE_DIR is invalid, contact your system administrator.
