Symptoms
Concurrent Managers stopped processing without a known reason.
Manager log shows:
The name of the package "FND_PROFILE" may vary, but typically is FND_PROFILE or FND_DCP.
FND% objects (Packages) are invalidated, without any known user intervention, patching or otherwise.
Changes
No known changes. This is the key to this issue. Something must have changed in the APPS schema in order to trigger cascading invalid objects in the FND% schema, but typically it appears to the Apps DBA that nothing was done.
