When trying to run  EMEA Localization for Hungary request set: CLE: VAT Analytical and Recapitulative Statement(Preliminary) which contain 4 concurrent programs namely 
EMEA VAT: Selection Process
CLE: Deferred Tax Selection Process
CLE:Analytical Vat Report
CLE: Domestic Recapitulative Statement VAT Report

is throwing an error .


Error message :
-------------------
app-fnd-01564: Oracle Error 1722 in FDFGVD
cause : FDFGVD failed due to ora-01722: invalid number

The sql statement being executed at the time of the error was

Select VAT_Reporting_entity_id , entity_identifier_Value,entity_identifier_Description,NVL('N','N'),
nvl(to_number(null),-1),null,nvl('Y','Y'),
nvl(to_char(to_date(null),'j'),0),
nvl(to_char(to_date(null),'J'),0) from
jg_zz_Vat_Rep_entities where 1=1
and vat_Reporting_entity_id=X and was executed from the file
&ERRFILE.


Steps for replication 
----------------------
1.Select the Request set "CLE: VAT Analytical and Recapitulative Statement(Preliminary)"
2. Enter parameters for EMEA VAT Selection Process Concurrent 
3. On selecting parameters section for the next concurrent i.e. CLE: Deferred Tax Selection Process , it is throwing an error. 
4. Thereby unable to submit that concurrent request set itself. 

Expected Behavior
-------------------
Though concurrent requests when run as standalone allow parameter submission and complete normal , when submitting via request set it is throwing the aforementioned error.
System should equally allow the submission via request set.
