Asset not retired when sold to customer as component of refurbished item
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Asset should be retired
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Asset items that are leased to customer
2. These items are then returned and refurbished/reworked using a works order
3. The item is added as a component to a new refurbished item
4. The new item is sold to a customer
5. Expect the asset component to be retired as no longer an assest
