After a Transfer and Assumption Asset Addresses are not Updated to the New Customer and Not Caught in Validation (Doc ID 2530705.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Asset Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After activating activating a new contract in the Transfer and Assumption process some Assets on the new contract have the previous customer's Install Site address. In Install Base the Owner of the Instance is also shown as the Owner from the original contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that all Assets would have the new customer's Install Site address and the Install Base would reflect that address as well as the correct new Owner (Lessee) of the Instance.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Rebook a Contract with multiple Assets using the Change Customer reason.
2. In the new contract update the Customer fields in the General tab.
3. Update some Install Site address for some, but not all, of the Assets.
4. Activate the new contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Contracts are booked with invalid Install Sites and the Owner is not being updated correctly in Install Base.
