Trade Management - Claim Mass Update Not Available

In 12.2.3, logged in user does not have access to feature Mass Update feature, it is not available for the user. User does belong to a valid group "Claim Admin"
Steps to Reproduce
1. Responsibility: Oracle Trade Management User
Navigate > Trade Management > Claim > saved searches ' All Claims - Open'. Select 3 claims and Mass Update page works as expected
Navigate > Trade Management > Claim > saved searches ' My Claims' cannot go into the “Mass Update” page. No records are selected but not able to go into the "Mass Update" page
