Error: Class XYZ Could Not Be Found When Creating CX Event Binding (Doc ID 2531001.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Rules

When creating a Configurator Extension Rule and clicking on the 'Create Binding' button, users are encountering an error.

ERROR

Error: The class com.oracle.apps.cz.ShowStructureCX could not be found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Configurator Extension Archive
2. Associated the Archive to a Model:
3. Start creating a Configurator Extension Rule:
4. Choose Class:
5. Select a Java Class File:
6. Click on “Create Binding”
7. In “Add Event Binding” page getting below error:
 Error: The class com.oracle.apps.cz.ShowStructureCX could not be found

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete the process of completing Configurator Extensions which make use the Event Binding functionality.
