On : 12.2.7 version, Purchase Order

When attempting to select Business = Manufacturer on ASL form,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing > Supply Base > Approved Supplier List

2. Query Item > move cursor to Suppliers field > select Business = Manufacturer > move cursor to column Supplier

3. System shows:FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
