Unable to cancel order lines in booked status for an internal order.

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_PROCESS_REQUISITION_PVT Procedure Update_Internal_Requisition



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User Responsibility
2. Order Organizer
3. Query and open sales order form
4. Click on line and cancel
