Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Modifiers Setup only

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that Creation date timestamp is getting removed after modifier is updated.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect creation date time stamp should not be removed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle pricing manager
2. Query Modifier
3. Confirm the creation date is with time stamp
4.Update Modifier and save
5.Find the time stamp on creation date has been removed
