Covered Site Does Not Populate For ISupport Created Service Requests (Doc ID 2531708.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Service Request Tab


Covered Site is not populated when SR created in iSupport is viewed from Customer Support (R) via the Find Service Request form

Expect the covered site to be populated when the SR created in iSupport Responsibility is viewed from the Customer Support (R) from the
Find Service Request Form.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) iSupport (R)
2) Create the SR
3) Navigate to Customer Suppport (R)
4) Search for and view the SR from the Find Service Requests form
5) Covered Site field under the Subject Tab is not populated


Due to this issue, users cannot view the covered site information from the SR form for SRs created via the iSupport Responsibility
