Symptoms

OLM: Unable to play score content - Error: 'unable to acquire LMS API...'


ERROR

- Receive error message 'An error has occurred: Error - unable to acquire LMS API....'.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Learner Self Service
2. Find Class, play content.
3. LMS API error is reported.


Changes

 The Weblogic server was updated from 10.3.6 to 12.2.1.3.0, the server was not change, therefore the same IP address and hostname as the 10.3.6 version.
