'LPN Is Allocated' Error following Sub-inventory Transfer (Doc ID 2532253.1)

Even if the "Material Workbench" form is showing a quantity in Available to Transact (ATT) and Available to Reserve (ATR), when trying to perform a sub-inventory transfer, the error  'LPN Is Allocated' is thrown.
