ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to update and resubmit an offer rejected

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 able to update and resubmit an offer rejected

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2.Go to offers > Create > Accrual offer
3. Create the accrual offer
4. Enter all mandatory field
5. Request for offer approval
6. Verify the offer status as Submitted- Budget Approval
7. Logout and login with approver
8. Reject the budget approval for the above offer
9. Verify the offer status movesto rejected
10.Request for approval again

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change the status of offer in 'Rejected'
