Symptoms
E-Business Suite 12.2 Applications Technology Stack, Weblogic Server related issues
After installation of the Jan2019 CPU patch and the required Java Web Start (JWS) patches, the oacore services are stuck with 'ADMIN' state not coming up into 'Running' status after the adop cutover.
Prior to the patching the instance was healthy with no issues.
The following errors are shown in the oacore logs:
