Symptoms

PROBLEM STATEMENT
MFS client should not download attachments of closed tasks [completed/cancelled] tasks as it is causing sync issue taking time

ERROR

9024//9025, synch issues

Steps:
====
Login to MFS client
Try to perform sync.
It is taking a long time..
The reason being it is trying to download all the attachments of even the closed tasks.
