The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run an expense audit advanced search
2. Search  runs for a few minutes
3. Page gives a "page can't be reached" error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use Expense Audit advanced search
