Symptoms

While trying to apply <patch 26787767>, worker1 failed with below errors:


ERROR

AD Worker error:
worker failed with ameall.odf

The table is missing the index AME_MANDATORY_ATTRIBUTES_UK1
or index AME_MANDATORY_ATTRIBUTES_UK1 exists on another table.
Create it with the statement:

Warning: Object "AME_MANDATORY_ATTRIBUTES" is not registered in table "FND_OBJECT_TABLESPACES"

Use the following SQL statement to identify the duplicate keys:

SELECT ATTRIBUTE_ID, ACTION_TYPE_ID, START_DATE, END_DATE, ZD_EDITION_NAME, count(*)
  FROM HR.AME_MANDATORY_ATTRIBUTES
GROUP BY ATTRIBUTE_ID, ACTION_TYPE_ID, START_DATE, END_DATE, ZD_EDITION_NAME
  HAVING count(*)>1


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <patch 26787767>
2. Worker 1 failed
