Service HTML: Shipping Address Change Not Saved On Charge Line (Doc ID 2533625.1)

Symptoms

Users are unable to change the Ship To Address. The change is not saved.

In the HTML Service Charges screen, after creating a charge line and then later coming back to the charge and changing the shipping address, it is not saved even though it appears to be on the page.

Steps:

- Create a new Service Request
- Add a charge line letting the Bill To and Ship To  address default from the Service Request header.
- Leave the Charges screen and return the to the Service Request.
- Go back to the Charges & Logistics screen and expand the existing charge.
- Change the Ship To Address.
- Save the Charge.
- Re-expand the Charge (The updated address remains in the Ship To).
- Leave the Charges screen and return the to the Service Request.
- Go back to the Charges & Logistics screen and expand the existing charge.
- The Ship To address will have reverted back to the address that was originally placed on the Charge when it was created.
