Turkey Localization : Autoinvoice Showing Error "The entered amount does not have the correct currency precision" (Doc ID 2533722.1)

Symptoms

Reported Issue

When attempting to run Auto Invoice the invoices are stuck with error,
the following error occurs.

The entered amount does not have the correct currency precision

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------------------
1. Create a Foreign Currency AR Invoice with currency conversion rate as User
2. Create a Receipt with a change in the exchange amount to reflect a variation in the Gain/ Loss amount.
3. Create accounting for Receipt and AR invoice
4. Run the CLE : Process AR Exchange Rate Difference Program in Preview mode
5. Run the CLE : Process AR Exchange Rate Difference Program in Final mode
6. On the Autoinvoice program completion, the invoices are stuck in the autoinvoice program

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot create invoices.
