On : 12.2.4 version, Requisition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CLM iProcurement allows de-funding CLM requisition <requisition number> even when the requisition was previously converted to an award for the full/partial amount (using requisition amendment).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to not allow the de-funding of the requisition when it is already converted to an award.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the requisition
2. Create the award
3. De-fund the requisition distribution
