Plan Design Copy Hangs When Attempting to Export a Benefits Program (Doc ID 2534196.1)

When attempting to export Benefits programs and plan using Plan Design Copy, the system hangs and results in the below error:

Internal Server Error

Steps to reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Total Compensation > Programs and Plans >Plan Design Copy > Copy or Export Plan Design.
2. Enter the Process Name, effective date and click Next.
3. Select the Benefits programs and plan that need to be exported.
After sometime, the system hangs and results in Internal Server Error.
