ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When updating a completion sub-inventory and or other changes the BOMFDRTG form is very slow post upgrade from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3.
This is also the case when creating a new flow routing.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility: Flow Manufacturing
Navigation: Product Syn-> Flow Routings
1. Query an item in routing.
2. Click routing details.
3. Change completion subinventory.
4. Click save.
5. It can take up to 5 minutes to save.
