ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Debit memo RCM taxes not coming to GL

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Accounting should get generated as per standard behavior

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply RCM taxes to debit memo
2. Run India Period Ending process


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot reconcile
