Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Form 1095-C, Line 15 September to December values are blank for all employee.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the same value to remain for the entire year in Line 15.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to responsibility US Super HRMS Manager.
2. Navigate to People > Benefits Service Center and query an eligible employee.
3. Process a life event on 01-SEP-2018.
See that the Line 15 value becomes null beginning the month of September.
