Upfront Tax Amount Is Not Being Calculated Correctly After UNIFIED PATCH - SEP 2018 (Doc ID 2534718.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Lease Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
After Patch 28606626: OLFM : 12.2 UNIFIED PATCH - SEP 2018, contracts with upfront tax do not calculate correctly. This is effecting multiple Countries. Unable to book contracts due to the incorrect upfront tax amount. The tax should calculate based on the asset cost, instead it is calculating on the line amount, which is incorrect.

This is Not happening in environments where Patch 28606626: OLFM : 12.2 UNIFIED PATCH - SEP 2018 is not applied.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
The upfront tax calculation should happen correctly based on the assessable value.


STEPS
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Apply patch 28606626: OLFM : 12.2 UNIFIED PATCH - SEP 2018
2. Create contracts for multiple countries and test upfront tax calculation
