Symptoms
When attempting to perform discrete job completion transactions via the WIP Completion form, the following error occurs.
ERROR
FRM-92101 : There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup....
Please look into the web-server log for details.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility = Work In Process (WIP).
2. Navigation = Material Transactions-> Completion Transactions.
3. Query Org/Job = 000 / 2.
4. Enter Subinventory = 001.
