Interface Trip Stop Completes With Warning: No Stop Is Processed Because No Lines Are Eligible for Interfacing (Doc ID 2534959.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to submit Interface Trip Stop (ITS) for a delivery , the request completes with warning and the log file shows the following warning

ERROR
InterfaceTripStop: no stop is processed because no lines are eligible for interfacing.
errbuf ==> Interface trip stop is completed with warning

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will , for the above Delivery , with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Shipping > Interfaces > Run
3. Select Interface Trip Stop and submit this for Delivery YYYYY
