Can Service Request Notes Related To Tasks Shown In Field Service Technician Portal ? (Doc ID 2534982.1)

Users enter the Service Request (SR) Note, and then select 'Related To' field = Task Manager and select a Task Number.
Once the SR Notes are related to Tasks, then these notes are visible in the Tasks, provided users select the View By = Related To.
Can these Related Notes be visible in the Field Service Tech Portal or Admin Portal ?
